MODIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O NO REGULAMENTO DO ICMS (RICMS)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de Conv\u00eanio a seguir relacionado, aprovado pelo Conselho Nacional de Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria – CONFAZ, na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o estadual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alt. 6065 e 6066<\/strong> – Conv. ICMS 128\/22 – Concede isen\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS e o benef\u00edcio do n\u00e3o estorno do cr\u00e9dito fiscal nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es com medicamentos com os princ\u00edpios ativos que especifica, destinados ao tratamento da Fibrose C\u00edstica – FC. (Lv. I, art. 9\u00ba, CCXXII, e art. 35, XLVII)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
