MODIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O NO REGULAMENTO DO ICMS (RICMS)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Conv\u00eanios a seguir relacionados, aprovados pelo Conselho Nacional de Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria – CONFAZ, na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o estadual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alt. 6202 –<\/strong> Conv. ICMS 38\/12 e Conv. 147\/23 – Aumenta, a partir de 01\/01\/24, de R$ 100.000,00 para R$ 120.000,00, o pre\u00e7o m\u00e1ximo sugerido pelo fabricante de ve\u00edculo para fins de obten\u00e7\u00e3o de isen\u00e7\u00e3o parcial de ICMS nas aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es de ve\u00edculos por portadores de defici\u00eancia.
