ICMS s\/n, de 1970 – Dispensa a emiss\u00e3o de Nota Fiscal nas entradas de bens ou mercadorias importados do exterior, por contribuinte n\u00e3o habitual dispensado de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no CGC\/TE, sujeitos ou n\u00e3o ao Regime de Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o Simplificada, e inclui a nota remissiva correspondente.
