ICMS 45\/04 &#8211; Estabelece que o cr\u00e9dito fiscal presumido de ICMS concedido aos estabelecimentos industriais produtores de etanol n\u00e3o est\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0 regra que determina valor limite para apropria\u00e7\u00e3o por per\u00edodo de apura\u00e7\u00e3o. (Lv. I, art. 32, CXLVI, nota 06)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art. 2\u00ba:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alt. 6152 &#8211;<\/strong> Conv. ICMS 190\/17 &#8211; Revoga dispositivo que limita a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do cr\u00e9dito fiscal presumido de ICMS concedido aos estabelecimentos industriais produtores de etanol, aos combust\u00edveis que n\u00e3o estejam submetidos ao regime de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o monof\u00e1sica.
