MODIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O NO REGULAMENTO DO ICMS (RICMS)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de Conv\u00eanio a seguir relacionado, aprovado pelo Conselho Nacional de Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria – CONFAZ, na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o estadual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conv. ICMS 67\/24 –<\/strong> Concede, no per\u00edodo de 01\/05\/24 a 31\/12\/24, isen\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS, mediante devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto \u00e0 pessoa f\u00edsica adquirente, nas sa\u00eddas internas decorrentes de aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es de bens de consumo dur\u00e1veis destinados \u00e0 recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o das resid\u00eancias da popula\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00edtima das conting\u00eancias resultantes dos eventos clim\u00e1ticos adversos havidos no Estado, nos limites, condi\u00e7\u00f5es e restri\u00e7\u00f5es que especifica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
